Went down to the Bognor range today and in overcast conditions I shot a Long National round of 574(27). Despite a first end of only 40 I shot really well overall with a full house end at both distances. This will reduce my handicap from 31 to 29 making a reduction of 13 for the year. Today's score was the first official one I've done equivalent to Bowman standard, now I've got to do it in a round involving 90m or 100y.
