    Fourth UK record but it could be better

    I got my fourth UK record claim after scoring a Fita of 1137(32) giving me a Double Fita total of 2201, beating my record from this tournament last year of 2169. One weekend I'll get it completely right and get the double total up to towards or even over the 2400 mark. The aim is to do it this year.

    At 90m, I scored 236 which although not good, is a vast improvement on yesterday. Likewise with 70m where I scored 281. At 50m I scored 298 despite yipping a '2'. At 30m I got 322. On both days I got a good 620 in the afternoons' Short Metrics. The Long Metrics let me down but I know they'll get a lot better. When I combine good four distances then some serious damage will be done to the single and double Fita records.
