    Better practice this time

    David Lilley

In very cold conditions, although the crosswind was thankfully and surprisingly light, I shot at 70m at the Chichester range. I corrected the drawing shoulder problem by 'loading' the back muscles prior to drawing. If conditions had been warmer, I would have shot better. The cold was hard to deal with.

This has also been the first practice since the Barnett International Cup arrived on Monday night. Many thanks to Pam and Bob Tonkin at GNAS for tracking it down and getting it to me.
