- Review of 2009
David Lilley
What a year it's been. Double gold medallist at the 2009 World Masters Games is what it was all about. Both my minimum target (gold at Target Archery) and the stretch target (a second gold) were achieved in a week I'll remember for the rest of my life.
2010 promises to be a much quieter year archery-wise. Once I get my new bow more suitable for shooting with a release aid, I'll be concentrating mainly on that. I will also be working on field archery for CL. The main aim for this year is just to enjoy the year as a reward for the last eight years chasing UK and then World Masters titles. I owe myself that.
For 2010, I will be looking at aspects of my shot so that by the end of the year I can say I am completely happy with my form and will be ready for the challenges of 2011-2013.
