- Why so bad at 20y ?

I've had a thoroughly dispiriting two days shooting at 20y as preparation for the EFAA Indoor Championships in three weeks time. I was spraying them all over the place and managed a pathetic 262 for the one PAA round I dared to do. I don't know why I am much worse at 20y than at 60m. The shots don't feel any different. I have no idea of the causes(s) of this difference in the levelof shooting especially as every other archer I know shoots slightly better at 20y handicap-wise than they do for outdoor rounds. Next practice I shall do a 40cm 20y versus full size 60m test to see how big the difference is. 20y big ten zone scoring should score higher but I know that the 60m score will win.
